Hand plunged in open fermenters for 10 days with 20% whole bunch ferment. Aged for 10 months in 20% new French coopered American, and 1 to 5 year old French oak barriques.

Medium bodied in style, displaying aromatic, fresh, juicy redcurrant, raspberry and mulberry fruit characters integrated with subtle oak flavours of nutmeg and spice. Soft, fine tannins, great intensity and excellent length of flavour ensure this wine will thrive from now to 2024.
