This wine is made up of 100% Premium Shiraz and spent 18 months in a mixture of French and American Oak (20% new).
Only premium fruit was used and handled with great care to prevent oxidation, and to retain great varietal character.
Selected from our premium red barrels, the dark berries and spice dominate on the nose, carrying over to the palate with fresh, light tannins, delivering a super well balanced sparkling red, made for Christmas time.
