Last Barrel Pyrenees Single Vineyard Shiraz 2013

A festive collection of darker fruits. Well balanced full bodied Shiraz from a single vineyard that shows distinct structure in its expression. This single vineyard shiraz exhibits natural dark fruit colour, balanced with a distinct bitterness to contrast the rich fruit flavours. The aromatics are ripe, sweet with attractive spiced red cherry, tobacco, blackberries and a hint of vanilla. Deep and ripe in the mouth with well integrated tannins and a long persistence. Excellent to be paired with steaks, roasted chicken or lamb. Good for the cellar.
