Aged in new to 1 year old French oak barrels. Dark red core with a light red hue. Spicy raspberry and cherry scents mix with clove, liquorice and earth notes. Light in body, the palate features juicy raspberry and cherry fruits over a red liquorice, clove and spicy earth back drop. Faintly chalky tannins finishing fresh and savoury.
